8.THE DEATH OF RAFAELA AT AV CEUTA IN LISBON AND CRIMES OF CRIMINAL INTERETS PROTECTION NAMELLY AT COUNCIL LEVEL

This technical solution is implement in many other roads and never work properly and by this reason, if not blindness, can configure a corruption crimes because raise always the same question, why spend public money in solutions that they must know that do not work?
